Marilyn Monroe Vintage Frame

Hello my crafty  divas..

Madame Ro here again to share with you my 2nd DT project for the month . Many people that know me know my obsession with Marilyn Monroe. So as soon as we got the assignment to create a  vintage inspired project I knew I was going to have to pay homage to my girl Marilyn. 

My thinking for this project was to alter the frame in a way that showed its age. I wanted it to look very old  (vintage) and worn so I did a lot of layering,distressing and aging. I used loads of goodies from my DT kit. Everything minus the frame and the photo were items that came in my kit. Upcycled TP Roll: Glamorous Cuff Bracelet/Corsage

Hello Crafty Divas! Madame Ro here...It is such a pleasure to be a part of such a great team. I am honored to share with you my first project for the Zeus and Zoe Etsy store.

I was part of a challenge a few months ago where we had to create a mini tussie mussie out of toilet paper rolls. I had so much fun creating them that I started hoarding TP rolls...lol When I went in to my hoard vault to try and figure out what to create, there stood a mound of tp rolls just waiting to be upcycled. So after a moment of brainstorming on what to make out of them, I decided to create a glamorous, over-the-top cuff bracelet/corsage.
