A Canvas from styro and A LAyout ~CHARLLIE

                                         Hello everyone!!
                                      CHARLLIE HERE:)
Summer just ended here at the Philippines and I know  I did a lot of project every summer ( but  I guess The addiction will end ) I mean not ended , I will never quit scrap-booking as a matter fact I will find ways to manage College over Scrapbooking ( but School is first )
I used lots of new trims and new prima items from my Design team the shop Zeus and Zoe  which are AWESOME.

All the snapshots or close ups will be on my blog since it's too many I don't want to overload pics here !!

Things Matter Most Layout

Journaling
You see I added the same photo again , I don't care , I used the same style , I don't Care ,In the photo I wore  an expensive T shirt , I don't care , I don't care at all for what matter most is that I am being who I am and being very sentimental in things , I don't care  about how people judge me on How I look or How I do things .Just being me is important ,In life don't try to be anybody , instead be like you ,( I got that qoute from Legally Blonde movie ) but it's the truth , I  speak honest , I tried to be someone else even in my scrap-booking I do try  to be anyone to get attention and trust but Nothing happens , So I stopped it and try to believe in  me !!! That is the most important thing believe in yourself before you believe in others

The Guy Your Looking For
Ahh I love this Canvas So Good and very lovely my inspiration Sherlock Homes !! I look like him here but more scary version!! LOL!! Mabe MR. Scrooge LOL!

Go travel ~ Mini Album

Hello everyone! This is Charllie

Today's project is just a mini vintage album created using some Prima papers that I have from Zeus and Zoe and also Prima flowers. How I love Prima , I used 2 paper collections from prima the new Cartographer and the old printery collection .. I love how things run in vintage (so gorgeous and delicious ) .

The whole album was handmade  using some illustration board and corrugated board ! isn't it insane lol!!  I used 2 corrugated board that I got from an old box , I used it as the front and back cover of the album and the illustration board are all my pages .

no more further chit chat here is it !!
(WATCH MY VIDEO ABOUT THE DESCRIPTION)

A Vintage Layout...

Hey there my friends! One thing that Marivic does brilliantly is stock her Etsy Shop, Zeus & Zoe, with amazing Vintage papers & ephemera.
For my layout today, I wanted to focus on the vintage papers....so, here is my Grandmother 'Floss' in all her youthful glory...
...well, she's coming, but I'm sure she was a BEAUTIFUL ROSE!!! LOL...from the Etsy shop, of course. The rose - not my Grandma!!
And no, she's not a fussy cut [fiddly!] owl overlaid on MORE fussy cut papers either...but she was VERY wise. I miss her soooo much:(
And yes, I did - DO - adore her! The ticket is not from the shop...but the lace & all those yummy papers are:)
And this bit of another page...ripped off...just fitted that 1930s 'vibe' Grandma gives off..another fussy cut birdy sticking his beak in....& YES! Grandma was THE ultimate sticky beak!!!!!
And I loved her soooo much - the scalloped lace at the bottom WAS around a vintage doily...I really didn't want to cut it up, but it was sent to me to be used, so I bravely chopped into it:)
Hope you enjoyed seeing what Vintage Bliss is awaiting you at the Etsy Shop!!!
Thanks for looking ~ Lizzy ♥♥♥

A BIRTHDAY BOOK!

Hey there, my scrappy friends:) Lizzy with you today ~ I've got another Off The Page project - & my mate Sandra will be happy to know, it's also USEFUL!!
It's my version of a Birthday Book - a place to not only record birthdays, but a place to hold those cards I've made for them, as well:)
Here's what I mean:
And here's what this started out in life as:
After covering with gesso, I added some ripped up paper to give some bulk, texture & 'tooth' to the plastic folder cover....on the insides I've used some gold paint to cover the red, & left it plain. On the back cover I added some of the papers I got in my Zeus & Zoe store kit, along with this fun woodgrain washi that's peeping out of the top, also from the store.
For the front cover, I randomly ripped up some LOVELY 'Hershey's' vintage paper, then applied it using Gel Medium.
I 'softened' the edges with some more gesso, then added some gold mica flakes through a mask...
Lovely, lovely glitter!!! Then came some stamping - I thought some numbers were appropriate for a birthday book! For behind the title I added some plasterer's tape & some Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist [also in my Shop kit]:

Under the title I added a 'ripped' lady & placed her over the tape.....she seemed to 'fit' - I used a bit of gold paint to smear around the edges, so she sort of 'faded' into the whole cover. Here it is all finished:
This is FLAT mixed media work, as the book is really thick anyways, with the cards it holds - I was really, really happy with how it turned out!
I hope you enjoyed taking a peek at this - & it might just give you an idea for your own 'birthday book'!!!
Happy Scrapping ~ Lizzy ♥♥♥
